Little Red Designs loves: Texture & Colour

Here at Little Red Designs we always love examples of beautiful design and want to support the independent designer. Little Red Designs grew out of the ethos that our high streets are becoming too ‘samey’ and we should embrace the unique and the beautifully crafted.

Although I love pattern, I always find that my eye is drawn towards texture and colour. As a textile student, I was captivated by texture and often spent hours making wonderfully textured pieces of weave or knit. Still, even now, I love to look at pieces that capture an interesting texture or colourway.

Whilst scavenging around on the web lately, I have discovered some amazing designers who capture all of these essentials, but in particular, texture and colour.  I would like to share these with you and I hope you can “see what I see”.
