A taste of home



Aside from Little Red and designing my new collection, i have been trying out making soda farls; a wonderful taste of my home in Northern Ireland.

I originally made a soda bread loaf, but i have changed to making farls. I have swapped the authentic griddle for a dry frying pan.

Start to finsh they only take about 30 mins. So have a cup of tea and smother your farl in butter and jam :-)
